Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of piomover. The product is free to use, with no paid plan, no subscription, and no account to create.

1. What piomover is

piomover is an information service that compares US locations across multiple categories using public and licensed data. Its outputs are general informational summaries, not advice. You can use it without signing up.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Scrape or programmatically harvest piomover pages beyond reasonable browsing.
  • Re-publish piomover's proprietary outputs (such as the salary-translator results or our internal scoring) at scale or for resale.
  • Reverse-engineer our scoring or comparison logic.
  • Use any data displayed by piomover for any purpose governed by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), including tenant screening, employment screening, insurance underwriting, or credit decisions.

The FCRA restriction is a material term. Crime data we display, sourced from the FBI Crime Data Explorer, is provided for general informational use only.

3. No professional advice

piomover does not provide legal, tax, financial, medical, or investment advice. Comparisons are educational. For decisions involving these areas, consult a qualified professional.

4. Third-party links

Some pages, such as the movers and realtors sections, link to third-party providers so you can get real quotes. piomover does not earn a commission, referral fee, or any other payment from these links, and they never cost you anything. They also never change the data, scores, or recommendations you see. See our link disclosure for detail.

5. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as-is" and "as-available," without warranties of any kind. Data may contain errors, be out of date, or be incomplete. To the maximum extent permitted by law, piomover is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the service or reliance on its outputs.

6. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected here with a new effective date; continued use after a change means you accept the update.

Effective: June 12, 2026.
