Privacy Policy
We collect only what's needed to run piomover.
What we collect
- Account info — your email if you sign up, plus optional name.
- Comparison inputs — the geo pairs you compare, household type, optional move date, and salary inputs you enter into the salary translator. We use this to generate your reports and improve the product. We do not sell this data.
- Usage analytics — events tracked by PostHog (page views, comparisons started, paywall hits) for product improvement.
- Errors — uncaught errors are reported to Sentry without your input data attached.
What we don't do
- We don't sell your data.
- We don't track you across the web outside piomover.
- We don't profile you for advertising.
- We don't use your AI assistant chats to train AI models. Anthropic's API has its own data-use terms that we operate under.
Cookies
We use cookies for authentication (Supabase) and essential functionality. We do not run third-party advertising cookies.
Third parties
- Supabase — auth + database.
- Stripe — payments. They process your payment info; we never see card numbers.
- Anthropic — AI assistant.
- PostHog — analytics + session replay.
- Sentry — error monitoring.
- Resend — transactional email.
- Crisp — support chat.
Your rights
You may request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing privacy@piomover.com. We'll process within 30 days.
